Chad and his crew were very thoughtful and kind about my situation. They were very professional and actually got the job done faster than I expected. I would highly recommend them.

My father passed away in an Incredibly traumatic way. I called this company, and spoke to Joe. I was blown away immediately. It was Easter weekend and he worked late, and encouraged others to work late to take care of the cleanup. He fought for me to get insurance to cover their work as he do not like to do family members directly. He went above and beyond, with compassion and gentleness that I will never forget! Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!

Joe and his team have been extremely wonderful through the tragic ordeal that happened to our family. He himself has been beyond compassionate and professional and I would MORE than highly recommend he and his team if you are ever in the type of heart breaking situation that our family was in.
