Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. I appreciate how quickly Joe was able to get my rental back to normal. I had an unoccupied death in my rental and was very impressed at how good of a job Joe's team did at cleaning up the apartment.
