We called the owner Joe to come and give us a bid on some cat urine damage in a rental property. He answered his phone promptly and was available within a couple of days. On the day of our appointment he was called in to clean up a homicide which obviously takes priority and was going to be late. He made sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and came out that same day after regular business hours. I appreciate his follow through. He even offered advice on how we can treat it ourselves if we choose to do so. Great experience and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!

Joe with bio one helped us decontaminate a home we just purchased that tested positive with meth. He was very helpful and did an awesome job explaining what the processes is. His team is very professional and treated our new home very quickly and efficiently. I will use him and his team again.

The team at Bio-One was amazing from the time I got on the phone with Joe, to when Chad and Roxanne left our house. Joe answered every question I had and many I didn't know I needed to ask. Their compassion and understanding for our situation was felt right off the bat. We got a text letting us know they had a team on standby and they were there for us. Thanks for everything!

I had to use Bio-one for a cleanup and I was extremely happy with them. From the first call, Chad explained everything and answered all questions, and was able to schedule and take care of the clean up very soon, even on a weekend. They where very professional and respectful and he explained everything and made me aware of what they needed to do. Highly recommend if you need to use their services. Thank you Chad and Joe.
