BIO-ONE handled a death for us, the owner Joe handled the issue quickly, professionally and with great care. His work was exceptional and I would highly recommend BIO-ONE

They are super great and easy to work with. Very honest and on time. They gave us a heads up when they were on their way. Very respectful of our property and were very informative about the process. Would ONE 100 percent use them again.

I am 8 months pregnant and have lost my fiancé and joe came out and helped me in a time of need, I 100% recommend and would call if I ever needed them again.

Joe came to check out a bad smell that we had in our basement. In 9 months we had not been able to pinpoint the source of the bad odor. Joe came out, and found it within minutes. We definitely recommend Joe for his services.

Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!

I appreciate how quickly Joe was able to get my rental back to normal. I had an unoccupied death in my rental and was very impressed at how good of a job Joe's team did at cleaning up the apartment. Joe even made a special trip to the apartment before they cleaned it and grabbed a few things for the family of the deceased so that I didn't have to go in there.

I had Chad come talk to a client of mine who needs help clearing out her hoarded home. He was honest and direct with her. Got to know her and what her goals are. She is still thinking about what she wants but is comfortable with Chad and knows that he has her best interest in mind.
