I am so grateful for the team at BioOne. They treated my family with so much patience and understanding during a difficult time. Their level of professionalism is unmatched in today’s often rushed and impersonal society. BioOne communicated very clearly and earnestly what the job would involve. They sent in a team, to do the job, that was efficient and thorough. I strongly urge you to use this company if you or your family are in need of a crew that will be sensitive and dedicated to a cleanup under special or difficult circumstances.

I worked for bio-one for several years. Chad the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring about the service he was providing. Working for them helped me realize how much time and effort goes into each service providing to make sure the job is detailed and done to a professional standard.

I appreciate how quickly Joe was able to get my rental back to normal. I had an unoccupied death in my rental and was very impressed at how good of a job Joe's team did at cleaning up the apartment. Joe even made a special trip to the apartment before they cleaned it and grabbed a few things for the family of the deceased so that I didn't have to go in there.

My father passed away in an Incredibly traumatic way. I called this company, and spoke to Joe. I was blown away immediately. It was Easter weekend and he worked late, and encouraged others to work late to take care of the cleanup. He fought for me to get insurance to cover their work as he do not like to do family members directly. He went above and beyond, with compassion and gentleness that I will never forget! God bless Bio One!
