I have had the opportunity to get to know Joe with Bio-One over the last couple years. I can say with confidence that Joe and his team would handle any situation presented to them with professionalism and attention to detail. I’ve been impressed with his thoroughness while also staying thoughtful and kind in the tougher situations they assist with.

Joe was clean, professional and knowledgeable. After giving a few options, Joe gave us a course of action to follow. We appreciate his willingness to come more than an hour out of his way to help. I highly recommend Joe and his services.

I had to use Bio-one for a cleanup and I was extremely happy with them. From the first call, Chad explained everything and answered all questions, and was able to schedule and take care of the clean up very soon, even on a weekend. They where very professional and respectful and he explained everything and made me aware of what they needed to do. Highly recommend if you need to use their services. Thank you Chad and Joe.

We called the owner Joe to come and give us a bid on some cat urine damage in a rental property. He answered his phone promptly and was available within a couple of days. On the day of our appointment he was called in to clean up a homicide which obviously takes priority and was going to be late. He made sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and came out that same day after regular business hours. I appreciate his follow through. He even offered advice on how we can treat it ourselves if we choose to do so. Great experience and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!
