I am a very picky person, so when I say theses guys are AMAZING, I mean it from thier customer service, flexibility, clean-up crew, they're very professional, good price, follow-up & communication. I hired them to come help with my parents home in a area that had been taken over by mice. They were very sweet when working & helping set up a plan of action to prevent future issues with mice returning.

5/5 Stars. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Bio-One of Utah. You’ll speak directly with the owner, Joe, throughout the process. Joe is prompt in returning calls. He even extended his help in providing local information to me as I was working with him from across the country until I arrived in Utah. Joe and his team were on-time and very professional. Joe’s team worked very hard and were pleasant even in the 100+ degree heat. Joe and his team went above & beyond, and Joe made the process proceed with ease.

Chad and his team were so helpful with getting our basement cleaned and sanitized. They were great with moving the things I couldn’t lift. This project has been ongoing and became overwhelming for me. The attention to the delicate nature of needing this kind of service was very caring and kind. They removed the shame around the situation and I was able to relax. It looks great and as far as I can tell it’s odorless. They went above and beyond. They were great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Joe with bio one helped us decontaminate a home we just purchased that tested positive with meth. He was very helpful and did an awesome job explaining what the processes is. His team is very professional and treated our new home very quickly and efficiently. I will use him and his team again.

I worked for bio-one for several years. Chad the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring about the service he was providing. Working for them helped me realize how much time and effort goes into each service providing to make sure the job is detailed and done to a professional standard.
