Joe did an excellent job for us. We had an unusual situation and he coordinated with other experts to get it solved and cleaned properly. My father in law passed away in his sleep and it was about a week and a half before he was found. Bio one came in less than an hour from our call and were extremely professional and sympathetic to our needs. They helped us every step of the way and were very patient on receiving payment as it was covered under his homeowners insurance. I would recommend Joe Ava his people to anyone that needs their services. 5 stars all the way from us.

Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!
