Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!

Amazing company with compassionate and understanding employees and owner. Even when I called in the middle of the night there was a real person answering the phone and a very fast response time. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure all my needs were met and questions answered. The morning of the job they were prompt, professional and ready to work. Joe, Chad and Jared worked hard, fast and diligently to get the job done and to do it right. They kept me with them to ensure I understood what was going on and treated me as an asset in completing the job. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did and will always recommend them should the need be there.

I chose Bio One from the 4 companies I'd short listed. Before I made a decision I went online to learn what biohazard is, types of clean up, certifications, BBB ratings & reviews. Chad was my initial contact by phone. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I told him my son had died unexpectedly. I can tell you I made a good decision using this company. Chad and his team of two young women arrived at the appointed time. It took approximately 4 hours for them to complete the job. Chad explained what they had done and what to expect when I went in the house. They did a fantastic job. The following week I had a couple of questions and spoke with Joe Dussol, the owner of Bio One. He answered my questions in easy to understand terms. Finally, I want to tell anyone needing this service for the same reason I did that you will be treated with genuine compassion. It really made the process "easier" while dealing with the shock and devastation of the loss.
