No matter what the job, this is the team you want to do it!! The team at Bio-one Utah are one of the most compassionate, hardworking groups I have had the pleasure of working with. It is evident in the way they conduct themselves that they truly understand and appreciate the value of the work they perform and how it impacts their clients. They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows every step of the way. They came to clean my mothers house out of a mouse infestation and clutter. With every item they touched, they demonstrated care and caution for their value and meaning they may have to her. When I met with Joe to do the assessment I knew I picked the right company. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure all my needs were met and questions answered. The morning of the job they were prompt, professional and ready to work. Joe, Chad and Jared worked hard, fast and diligently to get the job done and to do it right. They kept me with them to ensure I understood what was going on and treated me as an asset in completing the job. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did and will always recommend them should the need be there.

We called the owner Joe to come and give us a bid on some cat urine damage in a rental property. He answered his phone promptly and was available within a couple of days. On the day of our appointment he was called in to clean up a homicide which obviously takes priority and was going to be late. He made sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and came out that same day after regular business hours. I appreciate his follow through. He even offered advice on how we can treat it ourselves if we choose to do so. Great experience and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!

Chad and his team were so helpful with getting our basement cleaned and sanitized. They were great with moving the things I couldn’t lift. This project has been ongoing and became overwhelming for me. The attention to the delicate nature of needing this kind of service was very caring and kind. They removed the shame around the situation and I was able to relax. It looks great and as far as I can tell it’s odorless. They went above and beyond. They were great people to work with. I highly recommend them.
