Chad was super helpful and informative. We had a smell and didn't know where it was coming from, and he arrived and did an inspection and didn't charge us anything. I trust his judgement and he was honest in telling us what they would charge and the cheapest options and how we could fix it ourselves if we were wanting to save money.

Joe, Chad and Jared worked hard, fast and diligently to get the job done and to do it right. They kept me with them to ensure I understood what was going on and treated me as an asset in completing the job. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did and will always recommend them should the need be there.

We had an awesome experience with Joe at Bio-One when we went to move our furniture and other belongings out of storage and discovered that mice had gotten in and gone crazy in there. He was extremely helpful in helping us determine what was safe to keep, what wasn’t, and how how to safely clean those items that we did keep. He was very honest as well, and chose to educate us on proper clean-up rather than take advantage and charge us for services that we didn’t need. What a gift his expertise is to the community! Would 100% recommend for any hazardous clean-up situations.
