When our family found ourselves in this situation we called Bio-One. The team at Bio-One quickly responded to our need’s in a compassionate and professional manner. Joe took care of everything required, without involving the family, and maintained a level of respect and dignity for our situation throughout the entire process. Bio-One made this unthinkable task manageable, without adding any further distress to our family, and for this we couldn’t be more impressed or thankful.

My father in law passed away in his sleep and it was about a week and a half before he was found. Bio one came in less than an hour from our call and were extremely professional and sympathetic to our needs. They helped us every step of the way and were very patient on receiving payment as it was covered under his homeowners insurance. My issue was a huge mouse infestation. The crew who came to my house were amazing. They were very thorough and very compassionate about my things. They understand the impact of the job that they are doing and realize that many items have sentimental value. They were very careful as they cleaned making sure that the things that they were handling was done with care. The crew who came was Joe (the owner), Chad, Jared, and Tiffany. I can highly recommend them.
