I can not express how much I loved working with BioOne!! My aunt died unexpectedly, in her home. I called BioOne the next morning and they came right over to take care of the hazard cleanup. My father in law passed away in his sleep and it was about a week and a half before he was found. Bio one came in less than an hour from our call and were extremely professional and sympathetic to our needs. They helped us every step of the way and were very patient on receiving payment as it was covered under his homeowners insurance. No matter what the job, this is the team you want to do it!! The team at Bio-one Utah are one of the most compassionate, hardworking groups I have had the pleasure of working with. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!
